The Loveland Housing Authority offers the following programs that serve all of Larimer County:

The Larimer Home Improvement Program (LHIP) is a low interest (0-2%) home improvement loan program for low income households located in Larimer County. The loan serves residents at 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) or below. LHIP is focused on helping with maintenance, health & safety, handicap accessibility and energy efficiency related issues (HousingQuality Standard (HQS) failures). Maximum loan amounts are $24,999 for single-family homes and $12,000 for mobile/manufactured homes.

They also offer an emergency grant program that assists households at 50% AMI or below with emergency repairs such as, failed water heaters, burst pipes or electrical issues that pose an immediate threat to health and safety. The lifetime maximum emergency grant is $3,000 per household.
