LOCATION:Sidewalk Sale Guidelines Hours of operation shall be from 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. The Sale Weekend is available to all Estes Park businesses. The Sale Weekend will be held rain or shine. Businesses will be allowed to sell merchandise in front of their stores only during the hours specified above. Sidewalk displays\, including signage\, shall provide a minimum clearance of four feet for pedestrian walkways and handicapped accessibility. Displays and/or merchandise will not be allowed in any street. Sandwich board signs and other temporary signage are allowed. Those merchants without sidewalk frontage may contact the Events Division to reserve a space in Bond Park (10x10 space only). Advertising posters will be provided. Each participating business must possess a current Town Business license. COVID - any health and safety guidelines in place at the time will be adhered to (masks\, social distancing). Food and drink is not part of the Sidewalk Sale\, only store goods (including packaged foods)\, but you can't hand out ready-to-eat food and drink on the sidewalk.
