John and Vanessa Schnipkoweit\, co-owners\, started the business in early 2023. Waffel Mountain specializes in Belgium-style Liege waffles with a variety of sweet toppings\, and has developed their own "Bavarian-style" salted waffle. In addition to creating delicious food\, Waffel Mountain also donates a portion of all our proceeds to Crossroads Ministry and we are working to become the Estes Valley's first Certified B Corp. Our company is committed to reducing food waste and using biodegradable packaging.
