This menu is comprised of true Sicilian dishes that Becky learned while she was in Taormina. It includes the Sicilian Eggplant Parmesan and Eggplant & Swordfish Wraps. Also included will be an Eggplant Caponata Pasta.  The gourmet dinner will be served at the end of the class. Please bring a container to take home leftovers.
