DESCRIPTION:The Chamber is partnering with Maren Bosley\, Work-based Learning Coordinator with Estes Park School District R-3 to convene a task force that will help us understand the pain-points you experience in you talent pipeline. Our aim is to paint a clear picture of the needs in our community around workforce and talent development so we can determine a partnership plan between our emerging leaders and our business community. \n\n \n\nThis task force meeting will start to assemble a team of stakeholders interested in doing some design thinking to create a strategic plan for addressing talent development and career education in our Town. We have tons of resources\, ideas\, and small pockets of this work happening successfully already! Now is the time to take some steps to scale it. \n\n \n\nThis one hour session will set our course. You are not committing to anything long term by showing up to this meeting. You are invited because we know your feedback will be priceless.
