Each month will feature a new book on a different topic (marketing, leadership, business, etc.) and will conclude with a discussion. Pick and choose which books you want to read and discuss.
In the book, Hug Your Haters, author Jay Baer equips his readers to deal with customer complaints and deliver knockout customer service experiences. Drawing on researched case studies from from around the world, Baer offers strategies for dealing with haters in a variety of different situations, turning complaints into opportunity.
