Description
The only guarantee we learned from our first pandemic summer is that local travel is the primary form of tourism. We can expect large crowds this year and that's why we're using a town grant for leadership development to provide a Chamber University bootcamp for managers. This session launches a learning series to equip our managers with business basics, marketing, merchandising and the art of managing teams to create a customer centric culture.
Estes Park is known as a friendly place, but this past year challenged our attitudes and our resiliency. To maintain the visitor experience that our loyal guests are used to, we need to cultivate a collaborative approach. In this session, we'll talk about how we can create a customer centric culture by:
- Creating welcome offers distributed to the lodging community.
- Offering special deals to groups that will show them we're happy to have them.
- Using member to member deals to bring more customers to the door for you and everyone.
