A sound bath, led by a skilled practitioner, immerses you in frequencies that resonate with the body's energy centers or chakras, facilitating a journey inward. States of deep relaxation occur, creating new pathways that will be of service in all areas of your life.  This crystal singing bowl meditation is led by Nannette Chisholm. She has been playing the crystal singing bowls since 2001 and truly enjoys offering the gift of sound healing to local area groups. The crystal bowls have a way of bringing you into a lovely state of balance in a very graceful way.  Nannette has 5 crystal bowls of varying sizes and tones which when played together facilitate healing, deep rest and harmony in the body.  Nannette has been offering holistic healing in Estes Park for the past 23 years.
