About This Event
During this live session we will talk about the importance of succession planning and how to build your value. Building your value is an on-going business strategy that sets you up for a successful transition. Our time together will include a short presentation, lively discussion and activities, Q&A and additional resources.
Discussion Points Include:
- What is your vision for the future of your business?
- Who might be a successor?
- How can you grow your value?
- Personal readiness vs. business readiness
No one should go this alone and we have resources available for you. Depending on your stage of business, you need not wait on the market or when you're "burned out" as those rarely produce a good succession plan.
We'll discuss what to do now for personal readiness while building value into your business whether you sell in one year or in ten years. We believe starting with the end in mind informs your business journey and will help with your decision making process.
