Happiness gets interrupted when feeling distracted, agitated, or doubtful, taking us farther from where we want to be.
Mindfulness Meditation is a mind, heart, and body practice that opens the door to awareness and clarity, calms the body, and offers balance being in the present moment to guide our creativity and life. Taking time to slow down and quiet our busy minds, gives us a break to renew and feel more connected to ourselves.
This class is a way to check it out for yourself!
Format: 30 minute talk, 15 minute gentle guided meditation, and 15 minutes for comments/Q&A to follow.
No experience required: just willingness to pause, breathe, and be there.
1 class is $12 and a bundle for all 5 is $50- tix available online or at door.
