About Us

Founded by Dave himself, Smokin' Daves BBQ & Brew originally opened in 2007 in Estes Park, Colorado. Now, we have six other locations across the state: Lyons, Longmont, Denver and a location coming soon in Centennial, Colorado. Each BBQ restaurant hosts its own rotating lineup of draft beers for you to choose from alongside our award-winning barbecue. We've also hosted several events throughout the state.

When you visit our BBQ restaurant, you'll notice one of the secrets to our success is the sauce. Our BBQ sauce is signature, and lucky for you, it's available at every location we have. It's gluten-free and all-natural, and we've got some ready for you to take home. Our BBQ sauce is available in 16-ounce jars at $8.50 per jar.
