I am also experienced in building and leading dynamic and empowered teams in multi-billion dollar organizations. I am passionate about optimization, while fostering a culture of empowerment.

I am proud to serve our community through the Estes Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. Previously, I served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Chamber of Commerce. I also served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Association of Distributors and the Corporate Leadership Council of the Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation. At McLane Company, I provided fiduciary guidance and oversight for thousands of employees’ retirement plans while serving on the Profit Sharing Committee.
