About Us
Waffel Mountain is a family-owned and operated mobile food business born in Estes Park, CO. We have three main offerings, 1) ''The Belgium'', a traditional Liege style sugar waffle, 2) ''The Bavarian'', a savory, salted waffle and 3) ''The Bohemian'', a protein-packed vegan version of our Liege waffle. Our test kitchen is also working hard on a gluten-free offering, hopefully coming soon! We'll also offer a variety of sweet and savory toppings and N/A beer from Athletic Brewing Company.
