The Crawford Child Advocacy Center Bids Farewell to Executive Director Robert Fallbeck

The Crawford Child Advocacy Center (CCAC) extends its heartfelt gratitude to Executive Director Robert Fallbeck as he concludes his tenure, leaving a lasting impact on the organization and the children it serves. For seven years, Robert led CCAC through significant growth, innovation, and financial stability, ensuring its long-term success.

Under his leadership, CCAC expanded its “Safety Smarts” program in 2018 to better serve children on the autism spectrum and those with unique learning needs. In a continued effort to reach more children, CCAC also launched a Spanish-language version of “Safety Smarts,” ensuring abuse prevention education is accessible to Spanish-speaking families.

When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted services in 2020, Robert guided the organization through rapid adaptation, transitioning “Safety Smarts” to an online format and ensuring that forensic interviews, advocacy, and support services remained uninterrupted for children and families in crisis.

Robert also played a key role in securing financial stability, strengthening donor relationships, and ensuring responsible stewardship of resources to sustain CCAC’s mission. His leadership culminated in the organization’s 2022 rebranding as The Crawford Child Advocacy Center, honoring Dr. Deb Crawford’s lifelong commitment to protecting children.

As Robert embarks on his next chapter as part of the Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance (COVA), CCAC expresses its deepest appreciation for his vision, resilience, and dedication. His leadership has left an enduring legacy, and the organization wishes him success in his new role.
