Fees/Admission
Entry Includes: one duck race ticket (value of $25), short sleeve tech shirt with “ Duck” (additional $10) & one Free 12 oz Beer at our “Co-Host” local breweries. Price Entry: Pre-Race Day Packet Pick-Up: Race packets only available on Race Day morning, 7:30AM -8:45AM at NE Parking Structure.

This spring time foot race kick-starts the Estes Park Rotary Club’s DUCK RACE FESTIVAL!
The DUCK WADDLE 5K race begins at east side of Estes Park Parking Structure. Each runner and walker will follow the scenic Lake Estes Trail counterclockwise to the finish line (west of the Lake Front Parking area on north side of Lake Estes). The DUCK WADDLE 5K foot race welcomes all abilities and those wanting to have a ton of fun at the festival! Strollers and friendly pets welcomed!

Award categories: 1st and 2nd place male and female overall; then 1st and 2nd place, male and female, in the following categories. 13 & under, 14 – 16, 17 – 19, 20- 29, 30 – 39, 40- 49, 50 – 59, 60 – 69, 70 – 79, 80 & older
1:00pm is the start of the rubber DUCK RACE AT NICKY’S RESTAURANT, FALL RIVER
Run with us and you will automatically adopt a rubber Duck to float down the beautiful Fall River. The Duck Race is a major fundraiser for charities in Estes Park. With each Duck adoption, $22 will go towards a local charity of your choice. The Estes Park Running Club is one of those charity groups on the adoption form. Selecting the Estes Park Running Club will allow our group to receive funding and ability to disperse to local youth programs in Estes Park. You don’t have to run to purchase a duck.
The mission of the Estes Park Running Club is to provide education, advocacy & running events that encourage healthy lifestyles that benefit youth, family and community.
Our Vision: Experiencing physical activity with a group encourages motivation, emotional wellbeing, accountability, fun and friendships. By providing athletic events we hope to inspire youth, families and individuals to enjoy building a community. We advocate for safe and connected multi-modal transportation that encourages mobility for all users.
Our Purpose: The Estes Park Running Club organizes run races for all abilities to participate in while fundraising for local youth programs.
