Join us for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the Opening of the American Legion's New Deck! We'll cut the red ribbon at 4pm. Feel free to stay and enjoy a drink on the new patio and celebrate the long weekend!

“We are excited as Circle 119 – Home of the American Legion to be dedicating our new outdoor deck," said Jim Whiteneck. "The American Legion was created by an act of Congress in 1919. Our Post 119 in Estes Park began the following year, 1920. Our mission has always been mentoring youth, helping to build our community, promoting patriotism, and providing assistance to the members of the Armed Forces, veterans, their families as well as the community at large. We are looking forward to providing a space for family gatherings, celebrations, and other activities. We hope you find it enjoyable and plan to share it with us. We are especially grateful to Cindy and Brad Buggs, the Rotary Club of Estes Park, and many other contributors. Through the American Legion Foundation, they made this beautiful deck possible.”
