Join us for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening of Waffel Mountain Food Truck!

Waffel Mountain is a family-owned and operated mobile food business located in Estes Park, CO. John and Vanessa Schnipkoweit, co-owners, started the business in early 2023. Waffel Mountain specializes in Belgium-style Liege waffles with a variety of sweet toppings, and has developed their own "Bavarian-style" salted waffle. In addition to creating delicious food, Waffel Mountain also donates a portion of all our proceeds to Crossroads Ministry and we are working to become the Estes Valley's first Certified B Corp. Our company is committed to reducing food waste and using biodegradable packaging.
