SAGRA DELLA MELANZANA DI ESTES PARK - Eggplant Festival of Estes Park | WEDNESDAY, OCT 28 | 5:30 - 8PM | $55
Upon her return from Italy, Becky Gilberto will be teaching another culinary masterpiece. This menu is comprised of true Sicilian dishes that Becky learned while she was in Taormina. It includes the Sicilian Eggplant Parmesan and Eggplant & Swordfish Wraps. Also included will be an Eggplant Caponata Pasta. The gourmet dinner will be served at the end of the class. Please bring a container to take home leftovers.
