Nicky’s Resort has been a landmark since 1964. Come visit for your first time, or re-visit Nicky’s Resort and see all our new changes! We now have free high-speed internet/wi-fi.
This pristine resort property is located along a breathtaking stretch of The Fall River just 2 miles from the North entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, and just one mile from downtown Estes Park.
Nicky’s Resort is also next to Nicky’s Steakhouse and Restaurant, which is under new and separate ownership.
Staying at Nicky’s Resort in Estes Park offers the ultimate experience. Our unique location allows us unparalleled wildlife viewing with lots of elk and turkeys roaming about the property. In the summer, trout are stocked in Fall River for your family’s enjoyment.
